Dan L. Boyd practices in a variety of areas of civil litigation with a primary emphasis on defending and consulting long term care and assisted living facilities. Dan has over ten years of experience litigating civil matters.
As an attorney at McDonald & Veon, PA Dan serves as counsel for some of the largest providers of long-term care services in the country. Mr. Boyd's background includes experience in products liability, mass torts, medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, and First-party bad faith litigation. Mr. Boyd earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
